The beginning of 2006 saw a rapid increase in property sales with the amount of sales increasing by 100% between the months of January and February. These increases continued well in to spring and summer. June was the month this year for property sales with April following very closely behind. As winter draws near the property market is beginning to slow as we are seeing fewer buyers venturing into the possibility of purchasing.
